The Prouse Motors project involved the complete demolition of the existing showroom and administration area to make way for a modern two-storey addition. This addition was designed to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the dealership and provide a more comfortable and inviting space for customers.

The new addition includes a state-of-the-art eleven car showroom which showcases the latest models and features sleek and modern finishes. The showroom is designed to provide an immersive and interactive experience for customers with strategically placed lighting and displays that highlight the vehicles' key features.

Adjacent to the showroom is an inviting customer lounge where customers can relax and wait comfortably while their vehicles are being serviced or while they discuss their purchase options with the sales team. The lounge features comfortable seating, a refreshment area, and amenities such as a fireplace, Wi-Fi and charging stations ensuring that customers have everything they need to make their visit enjoyable.

In addition to the showroom and customer lounge the Phase 2 addition also includes larger offices for the sales team and administration. These offices are designed to provide a more spacious and functional workspace for the dealership's staff, allowing them to better serve their customers and carry out their day-to-day tasks more efficiently.

To enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of the addition, our glass subcontractor was brought in to install new aluminum windows and a curtain wall system along the entire exterior. This not only allows for ample natural light to enter the space, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere but also provides a modern and sleek look that compliments the overall design of the dealership.

Throughout the entire project, a significant amount of effort was put into ensuring that the dealership's day-to-day operations could continue with minimal disruption. Temporary facilities were set up to accommodate the body shop, parts department, and service reception area during the renovations of Phase 1A and 1B. Similarly, during Phase 2, alternative spaces were provided for the showroom and administration functions to continue operating smoothly.

Overall, the completion of Phases 1A, 1B, and 2 of the Prouse Motors project has transformed the dealership into a modern and inviting space that reflects the quality and innovation of the vehicles it sells. The extensive renovations and additions have not only improved the functionality and aesthetics of the dealership but also enhanced the overall customer experience.
