The entire project encompassed a design build contract that addressed all aspects of accessibility. Our team successfully executed the construction of an additional structure at the front entrance which accommodated a new Hamilton 2 stop wheelchair lift by Niagara Belco. Furthermore, we extended the main foyer and established a new HC Accessible unisex washroom.

In addition to these significant modifications, we also carried out minor renovations within the Church's interior. To enhance the building's functionality, we constructed a new hipped roof structure over a flat roof section and installed a concrete ramp leading from the parking lot to a new concrete landing at the main entrance.

Once the design was finalized and the necessary permits were obtained, construction commenced in early July. The wheelchair lift arrived in late October and was promptly installed in November. We obtained TSSA approval and Occupancy was granted for use in early January 2013.
Throughout the entire process, we ensured that all work was executed seamlessly, without causing any disruptions to the church's activities.
