Randy Stone – President- Director

As the President Randy has experience in successfully directing multi-million-dollar projects from concept phase to estimation to final completion. He has the ability to fill in where needed and to assist the project team in any capacity. He is able to reach flexibly, manage effectively and mitigate risks at every stage. He has the ability to build and maintain relationships of trust throughout contract cycles with key client personnel. He offers guidance and assistance to both project managers and superintendents as needed. Randy works with the Directors of the Company in budgeting, staffing and assessing the direction and performance of the Company. Randy has previously worked as both Project Manager and Superintendent on various projects over the years

Richard Alexander – Vice President -Director

Rich brings a wealth of experience as a site supervisor for various projects at George Stone & Sons Inc. As Superintendent/Site Foreman, his main responsibility is to facilitate collaboration between consultants, owners, and trades to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of the building. He oversees the coordination of on-site work, efficiently communicates with suppliers and trades to schedule work, and effectively manages any changes to prevent delays. Rich prioritizes safety and high-quality work in all projects.

April Foster – Secretary-Treasurer- Director

All projects, regardless of size, are handled with equal respect for health and safety standards. April ensures compliance with Ministry of Labour Regulations and goes above and beyond to exceed them whenever possible. With 17 years of experience in onsite hazard assessment, she collaborates with the site superintendent to develop site-specific procedures and policies to ensure the well-being of workers and the public. April is dedicated to creating a safe environment free from hazards resulting from work activities. She also creates and maintains a Quality Assurance Plan to meet the project's technical requirements, as well as inspection and test plans to align with project specifications. April oversees consultant reports and inspections to ensure quality standards are met, and she addresses client inquiries and concerns related to quality documentation, procedures, and practices. Additionally, she manages general site administration, initiates subcontracts, and handles bonding and insurance matters.

Chris Stone - Director

Chris Stone comes from a long line of skilled craftsmen, with his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father all having worked for George Stone & Sons before him. Growing up surrounded by the family business, Chris developed a passion for carpentry at a young age and knew he wanted to continue the legacy of his ancestors. As a carpenter, Chris is known for his attention to detail and precision in his work. He takes pride in creating high-quality, custom pieces that showcase his craftsmanship and skill. In addition to his carpentry work, Chris has also taken on the role of site layout using the total station, a tool that allows for accurate measurements and precise placement of structures on construction sites.

As the inaugural fourth-generation employee of George Stone & Sons, Chris is proud to carry on the family tradition and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in the construction industry.
